Dram Shop/Liquor Liability

Dram shop litigation is also known as liquor liability or alcohol liability. Every store, restaurant or bar that serves alcohol is regulated by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), and they have an obligation not to sell alcohol to someone who is visibly intoxicated. Unfortunately we know that this happens all too often. Whenever there is a business that serves alcohol to someone who is visibly intoxicated, the intoxicated person drives from that location, and they hurt themselves or someone else, we will go after that bar or restaurant and hold them accountable.
